How does it practically go?

For all 5 bundled professional services, we use the same approach: diagnose, structure, organise, report, plan for the future, compare future to actual, iterate.

What tools do you use?

We use Google suite, monday.com, Zapier, Causal, Keez.com, QBO&Gusto. Tools costs not included. We know the bitten path.

What do I have to bring?

Full commitment to organized remote communication and constructive feedback to the partnership. No hidden agenda. We need a min.6 months to show it works, but you will see good signs in M3. 

What if it does not work?

Reviews in M3 and M6. If you decide we do not deliver, you still have all your work organized better then what you had before. Our work is your poperty to use as you see fit.

What happens if I get funded after a fundraise? 

We want to help you grow to the point of getting funded. But it’s important  to clarify that with funding obtained there is a high chance your company’s pace will grow, and you will need full-time support for most of the functions that we cover. We commit to help with a smooth transition and handover to the specialised professionals you will need to onboard at that stage. 

What am I buying?

You're not buying hours. Nor deliverables. You are buying predictability,  protection. You are buying  headspace. You are buying partnership.  

And you are buying processes- that stay with you  even if we stop working together.
